Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead digital transformation and strategy for large enterprise healthcare clients.
  • Leverage knowledge of healthcare's digital ecosystem to deliver strategic insights and consumer-centric solutions.
  • Build and manage client relationships to establish credibility with project teams.
  • Create customized solutions and communicate effectively with all levels of client management.
  • Drive physician, patient, and employee engagement across the enterprise.
  • Instill passion and trust in clients and junior staff members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus.
  • 10+ years of management consulting experience with hospitals and health systems.
  • Experience with centers of excellence to develop strategic operating models and governance for innovation and AI.
  • Expertise in healthcare consumer transformation, business process improvement, and M&A.
  • Knowledge of finance & accounting platforms like FP&A, Revenue Reconciliation, and Close Automation.
  • Ability to communicate and present action plans to executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare digital transformation and strategy consulting.
  • ERP system experience including solution architecting in platforms like Workday, Oracle, SAP, and Infor.
  • Cognizant of trends and innovations in finance and healthcare development.
  • Proven critical thinking skills in data collection and complex analysis.
  • Direct supervisory experience including coaching and performance management.
  • Willingness to travel weekly (Monday-Thursday) and work extended hours as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in healthcare or consulting.
