Responsibilities

  • Manage complex multi-workstream performance improvement projects or multiple concurrent client engagements.
  • Delegate and oversee the work of junior team members.
  • Synthesize complex data sets and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to implement recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Set clear project team direction, develop key deliverables, escalate risks, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members and client counterparts to adapt implementation methodologies to ensure results align with client's business objectives.
  • Mentor junior staff and provide feedback through performance management.

Requirements

  • Effective organization and planning skills with the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Impactful written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team leadership experience including building talent and providing feedback.
  • Subject matter expertise in 340B and performance improvement in healthcare.
  • Experience with 340B compliance and internal audits.
  • Project leadership and workplan management experience in pharmacy.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% weekly and work extended hours.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Preferred experience in a matrixed organization.
  • 6-8 years of consulting and/or healthcare operations experience.
