About the position

The Consulting Meditech Product Analyst at HCA Healthcare plays a crucial role in analyzing and evaluating clinical informatics systems and user needs. This position involves leading efforts in requirements definition, process improvement, and critical thinking to solve complex problems. The analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful IT solutions while mentoring others in the department. The role is hybrid, allowing for both in-office and work-from-home flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and ensure they are met and approved by users.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing processes.
• Apply critical thinking skills to solve difficult problems and make informed decisions.
• Take responsibility for MEDITECH modules and lead issue resolution and enhancement requests.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure a common understanding of project needs and risks.
• Serve as a mentor to others within the department.
• Facilitate agreement and gain support from partners for ideas and actions.
• Clarify situations and actively seek information to understand customer circumstances and expectations.
• Demonstrate high level of expertise in clinical concepts, practices, and procedures.

Requirements

• 7+ years of customer service experience
• Mid-level analysis skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Proficient in documentation review
• Effective communication skills
• Strong time management abilities
