About the position

The Consulting Organizational Change Manager at NTT DATA is responsible for leading and executing comprehensive change management strategies for clients, ensuring successful adoption of organizational changes. This role involves both client-facing responsibilities and internal practice contributions, focusing on maximizing employee adoption and minimizing resistance during change initiatives. The position requires a blend of expertise in organizational change management, coaching, and business development to drive impactful results for clients and foster a high-performance consulting environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior advisor to global clients on change initiatives.
  • Develop and execute customized People & Organization and OCM strategies.
  • Drive employee adoption and minimize resistance to change.
  • Manage change readiness and assess the effectiveness of OCM activities.
  • Design and manage a network of change advocates.
  • Apply best practice OCM methodologies for client-specific approaches.
  • Identify innovative ways to accelerate clients through their change journey.
  • Coach and mentor consulting talent to achieve high performance.
  • Support business development through solution design and client proposals.
  • Engage in the hiring process and evaluate potential candidates.
  • Assist in developing thought leadership and consulting tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in Big 4 or boutique consulting firms with a focus on growing practices and developing client relationships.
  • 5 years of experience leading medium to complex organizational change management engagements.
  • 2 or more years of experience managing a cross-functional team of up to 20 members.
  • Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent OCM certification.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2 or more years in organization development/design and workforce transformation.
  • Strong communication skills for crafting executive summaries and reports.
  • Team player with a flexible attitude and results-driven commitment.
