The Consulting PAM Product Analyst at HCA Healthcare plays a crucial role in enhancing the organization's privileged access management (PAM) capabilities. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage product analysis and program management, focusing on identity governance and administration. The analyst will interpret complex PAM guidelines, maintain relationships with business partners, and support the PAM solution to meet organizational needs. The role requires strong communication and documentation skills, as well as the ability to lead multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance identity governance and administration (IGA) product capabilities related to privileged access management (PAM).
  • Collaborate with IT administrators, developers, information protection teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Manage deliverables and prioritize PAM product enhancements.
  • Interpret and evaluate PAM system guidelines and documentation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with business partners and solution users.
  • Support the privileged access management solution and processes.
  • Document manual or automated processes within the existing PAM solution.
  • Develop requirements to solve privileged access challenges in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Document PAM standards, guidelines, and best practices for adoption across the organization.
  • Design, plan, test, and execute PAM projects and solution deployments.
  • Lead and manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
  • Review, respond to, and close PAM audit findings.
  • Track key performance indicators for PAM solutions and technology adoption.
  • Maintain and prioritize PAM feature backlog and roadmap based on organizational goals.
  • Report issues and status to leadership in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with technology partners.
  • Lead communication with support teams and end users to gather feedback.
  • Examine, develop, and maintain PAM solution documentation.
  • Engage with vendors as needed.
  • Serve as lead PAM analyst on project deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience in an analyst role.
  • Three or more years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts and technologies.
  • Expert experience in PAM solutions and technologies.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.
  • Experience with Azure or Google cloud native architectures and Platform Services.
  • Ability to adapt to new ideas, technology, and organizational changes.
  • Ability to sit for long periods.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare IT environments.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.
