About the position

As a Consulting PAM Product Analyst with HCA Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our identity governance and administration (IGA) product capabilities specifically related to privileged access management (PAM). This position requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual who will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT administrators, developers, information protection teams, and business stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include product analysis and program management, where you will work closely with stakeholders to manage deliverables and identify and prioritize PAM product enhancements. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting and evaluating large, complex, and distributed PAM system guidelines and documentation. You will continually develop your understanding of how business owners utilize PAM solutions by maintaining strong relationships with business partners and solution users. Your collaborative efforts will support the operation and enhancement of the privileged access management solution and processes that meet organizational needs. You will also work closely with peers in the Information Protection and Security (IPS) department to ensure that processes and procedures align with HCA's cybersecurity goals. Your duties will include examining and documenting existing PAM processes, collaborating with stakeholders to develop requirements for addressing privileged access challenges, and partnering with PAM Engineers and Architects to document standards and best practices for PAM adoption across the organization. You will design, plan, test, and execute PAM projects and solution deployments, effectively leading and managing multiple projects and tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing and addressing PAM audit findings, tracking key performance indicators, and maintaining a prioritized PAM feature backlog and roadmap based on organizational goals. Timely and accurate reporting of issues and status to leadership will also be a key aspect of your role, along with identifying opportunities to improve existing processes and building strong relationships with technology partners.

Responsibilities

  • Track key performance indicators for PAM solutions and technology adoption.
  • Maintain and prioritize PAM feature backlog and roadmap based on organizational goals.
  • Report issues and status to leadership in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing PAM processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with technology partners and end users.
  • Examine, develop, and maintain PAM solution documentation.
  • Engage with vendors as needed.
  • Serve as lead PAM analyst on project deliverables and scope inclusions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or related field preferred.
  • Five or more years of experience in an analyst role.
  • Three or more years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Knowledge of IAM concepts and technologies.
  • Expertise in PAM solutions and technologies.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.
  • Experience with Azure or Google Cloud native architectures and Platform Services.
  • Ability to adapt to new ideas, technology, and organizational changes.
  • Ability to sit for long periods.
