About The Position

The Consulting Partner - Manhattan Program & Practice Lead at Wipro Limited is a senior-level role focused on building and developing a global Manhattan Practice within the supply chain domain. This position involves defining and leading consulting engagements, targeting CPG and retail clients, and driving the adoption of innovative supply chain solutions. The role requires extensive experience in managing major programs related to supply chain and the Manhattan Suite of products, with a strong emphasis on business growth and client transformation.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years' experience in Retail, Distribution, and Consumer goods companies.
• 5 years managing major programs around supply chain and the Manhattan Suite of products.
• Deep sector expertise in two or more Retail sectors (e.g., Grocery, Fashion) and/or CPG sectors (e.g., Food & Beverages, Apparel) and/or Transportation and Logistics sectors.
• Functional expertise in at least four areas: Logistics supply chain, Transportation management, Warehouse Management, Demand Planning, Network planning, Order management.
• Exposure to tier 1 commercial packaged products focusing on the above functional areas.

• Evidence of published points of view (POVs) on industry topics.

Responsibilities

• Define a sound business growth strategy built on industry consulting and technology consulting strengths.
• Shape, lead, and drive transformation engagements by working closely with CXOs and internal Wipro teams.
• Identify and define differentiated services and solutions for various process areas within the retail industry.
• Create and continuously refine cutting-edge relevant solutions showcases to be demonstrated across Wipro's Technovation centers.
• Be Wipro's voice and a recognized thought leader across industry forums, partner events, and customer interlocks.
• Create a strong Wipro market positioning to increase mindshare in the ecosystem.
