About the position

The Consulting, Project Delivery Senior Analyst at Deloitte Consulting LLP is responsible for providing software advisory and implementation services to help organizations maximize their technology investments. This role involves defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation. The analyst will also conduct data analysis and provide insights to enhance operational efficiency and link IT programs to organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide software advisory and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments.
  • Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, and test custom technology solutions.
  • Research user-reported issues with software systems, identify root causes, and implement fixes.
  • Liaise between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams.
  • Provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools.
  • Manage the complexity of technology change from requirements planning to deployment.
  • Drive operational efficiency by maintaining data ecosystems and providing continuous insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field.
  • 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
  • Experience designing and developing data validation processes and performing data analysis.
  • Experience tracking implementation defects and coordinating defect resolution efforts using ServiceNow (SNOW) and Jira.
  • Experience designing sub-components of larger systems and integrating applications using HealthConnect.
  • Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing Web-based applications across all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience gathering functional and technical requirements and translating them into project designs using Lucidchart.
  • Experience defining requirements, use cases, and functional specifications using HealthConnect Business Process diagrams.
