The Consulting Technical Manager for Oracle is responsible for analyzing requirements and delivering functional and technical solutions to meet customer needs. This role involves implementing products and technologies, ensuring quality software solutions are delivered on time and within budget, and managing client expectations. The position requires collaboration with clients, Oracle, and third-party vendors, and may involve telecommuting and travel to various locations across the U.S.

  • Analyze requirements and deliver functional and technical solutions.
  • Implement products and technologies to meet post-sale customer needs.
  • Ensure quality, integrated software solutions are delivered in a timely manner and within budget.
  • Work closely with clients to understand and manage expectations.
  • Collaborate with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.
  • Provide engagement delivery services as both an individual and team member.
  • Identify needs, develop, influence, and implement proposals.
  • Support and participate on project teams.
  • Problem solve by applying company policies and procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Senior Principal Consultant-related occupation.
  • Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM.
  • Knowledge of P6 Web Services and Oracle Primavera Unifier.
  • Familiarity with Unifier Web Services and Oracle Database.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint 2010, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with ASP.NET and Oracle JavaScript Extension Toolkit (OJET).
  • Knowledge of Angular JS, Web Services, and Rest Services.
  • Experience with Soap UI and Postman.
  • Familiarity with Oracle WebLogic and IBM WebSphere.
  • Experience with version control systems such as PVCS Version Manager, Team Foundation Server, CVS, and Subversion.
