About the position

The Consumer Digital Product Manager at EverBank N.A. is responsible for leading the development and management of the bank's consumer digital products. This role encompasses the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that the digital solutions provided meet consumer needs while aligning with the overall business objectives of the organization. The position requires a strategic mindset to develop and communicate a clear product vision that resonates with both business goals and consumer expectations. In this role, the manager will conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape, which will inform product strategy. Collaboration is key, as the manager will work closely with marketing and sales teams to create and execute effective go-to-market strategies. The successful candidate will ensure that product launches are executed flawlessly and will drive adoption and growth through effective communication and collaboration across various teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support. The Consumer Digital Product Manager will also gather and analyze consumer feedback and usage data to inform product decisions, conduct user testing, and ensure that products deliver a superior user experience. A critical aspect of the role is to develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, deliverables, and timelines, while prioritizing product features and enhancements based on business impact and consumer needs. Staying updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital product management is essential to maintain a competitive edge in the market. The manager will monitor product performance using key metrics and analytics, identifying areas for improvement to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. This position is pivotal in leading the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative digital products, defining product requirements, creating user stories, and prioritizing features and enhancements.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management in a consumer-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital market trends.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
