The Consumer Direct Sales Specialist at WindStream Communications is responsible for selling Kinetic internet products and services to potential customers within a designated territory. This role involves utilizing a company-owned vehicle to visit prospects, process orders, ensure service activation, and follow up for customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Sell Kinetic internet products and services to potential customers in the designated territory.
- Utilize a company-owned vehicle to visit prospects and process orders.
- Ensure service activation and set up accurate billing for customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build a referral network.
- Meet sales targets for products and services.
- Attend Kinetic special events to expand networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Reliable and insured personal vehicle for travel to assigned territories.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with others.
- Self-motivation and a desire for success.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and on various terrains.
- Sales experience is preferred.
