About the position

As a Consumer Outside Sales Specialist at Kinetic, you will be responsible for selling internet products and services to potential customers within your designated territory. This role involves utilizing a company-owned vehicle to visit prospects, process orders, ensure service activation, and follow up for customer satisfaction. You will participate in a comprehensive training program to equip you with the necessary skills for success, and your performance will directly contribute to Kinetic's mission of providing reliable internet solutions.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kinetic internet products and services to potential customers in your designated territory.
• Utilize a company-owned vehicle to visit prospects and process orders.
• Ensure service activation and set up accurate billing for customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build a strong referral network.
• Meet sales targets for products and services.
• Attend Kinetic special events to expand your network and enhance sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Reliable and insured personal vehicle for travel to assigned territories.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with others.
• Self-motivation and a desire for success.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and on various terrains.
• Sales experience is required.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
