Responsibilities

  • Creating electronic product specifications and designs in CAD and SolidWorks
  • Discovering and designing electronic product improvement opportunities
  • Working with IoT technologies
  • Helping create IoT functionalities in devices
  • Developing consumer electronics products that could save lives
  • Participating in discussions about the company's product direction
  • Collaborating with a team of test lab engineers, mechanical engineers, technicians, and product development engineers
  • Collaborating with attorneys regarding patent issues
  • Aiding in the patent process

Requirements

  • A four-year electrical engineering degree
  • Two or more years of consumer products design experience
  • One or more years of Printed Circuit Board Assembly exposure
  • One or more years of IoT exposure
  • Knowledge of Electromagnetic Compatibility and Electromagnetic Interference
  • Knowledge of Radio Frequency and wireless communication
  • Some experience with EDA Tools for Printed Circuit Board Assembly
  • A solid work history
  • Must be a US citizen or possess a green card
  • Residence within 45 minutes of Chippewa Falls, WI
