About the position

As a Consulting Manager or Senior Manager at Accenture, you will be part of the Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S) Industry team, focusing on transforming supply chain operations for large global consumer goods companies. This role involves overseeing multiple projects, managing large transformations, and building strong client relationships while delivering technology-enabled strategies that drive growth and unlock value. You will also engage in business development and contribute to thought leadership in the CG&S industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects and function as a project manager for large transformations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Deliver supply chain and operations transformational programs in areas such as Supply Planning, Strategic Sourcing, and Logistics.
• Collaborate with CG&S consultants to enhance the CG&S practice within Products.
• Pursue business development opportunities and develop thought leadership in the CG&S industry.
• Improve processes and programs for client efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize technology for transformations in SC&O, ESG, and other relevant topics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience in the Consumer Goods and Services industry.
• Experience in strategy, management consulting, and/or progressive project experiences in Supply Chain functions.
• Deep understanding of Supply Chain business value and alignment with business strategies.
• Experience in Logistics and Distribution, Strategic Sourcing, and Supplier Performance Management.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead teams.
