Consumer Lending Assistant-JWV Admin

About the position

The Consumer Lending Assistant at Rally Credit Union is responsible for establishing and enhancing member loan and account relationships through effective sales and referrals. This role serves as the initial contact for both new and existing members, ensuring high-quality service delivery and supporting administrative tasks to facilitate timely service to members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent member service and exceed credit union service standards.
• Input loan applications and review title work packets for accuracy.
• Issue cashier's checks and place supply orders as needed.
• Service members through remote channels and perform general file maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell credit union products and services.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by management through effective cross-selling.
• Refer sales opportunities to other lines of business and forward loan applications for decision.
• Maintain accurate data entry regarding member records and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with security, internal control procedures, and applicable laws.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in assessing and meeting member needs, with six months of financial/banking/CU experience preferred.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
