About the position

As a Consumer Product Marketing Manager at Meta, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies for products that are utilized by billions of users globally. This position is designed for a strategic marketer who is both analytical and creative, capable of leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing product strategies and positioning through data-driven insights, ensuring that our marketing efforts resonate with target audiences across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads, and Reality Labs. Your primary focus will be on leading both inbound and outbound product marketing initiatives. This includes developing and executing go-to-market strategies that encompass setting goals, defining metrics for success, and coordinating asset development and integrated launch planning with cross-functional partners. You will collaborate closely with research, product, communications, and policy teams to craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate the value of our products. In addition to strategic planning, you will partner with brand and integrated marketing teams to create outbound marketing and advertising strategies aimed at driving product awareness, adoption, and long-term engagement. Your role will also involve tackling complex marketing challenges with a strategic mindset, providing thoughtful recommendations and actionable plans to address these challenges. Responsibilities

  • Influence and shape product strategies, positioning, and narratives through data and insights for target audiences in collaboration with research, product, communications, and policy teams.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies including goals, metrics for success, asset development, and integrated launch planning with cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with brand and integrated marketing on outbound marketing and advertising strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and long-term engagement.
  • Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset, creating thoughtful recommendations and action plans for resolution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-time experience in Marketing
  • Direct experience in Product Marketing, partnering closely with Product teams
  • Experience with consumer GTM strategies based on consumer-driven insights
  • Experience with consumer-facing product launches and consumer campaigns
  • Experience working with product, marketing, policy, and communications teams at all levels of management, both internally and externally
  • Experience driving presentations with executives and cross-functional teams
  • Experience developing and driving analytically rigorous online and offline marketing campaigns with various internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Project management experience
