About the position

As a Consumer Product Marketing Manager at Meta, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies for products that are utilized by billions of users globally. This position is designed for a strategic marketer who is both analytical and creative, capable of leading complex projects in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing product strategies and positioning through data-driven insights, collaborating closely with various teams including research, product, communications, and policy. Your efforts will focus on driving go-to-market initiatives that enhance product awareness and adoption across Meta's suite of applications, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads, and Reality Labs. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, setting clear goals and metrics for success while coordinating asset development and integrated launch planning with cross-functional partners. You will also partner with brand and integrated marketing teams to create effective outbound marketing and advertising strategies aimed at fostering long-term engagement with consumers. Your ability to tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset will be essential, as you will need to create thoughtful recommendations and action plans to address these challenges. Responsibilities

  • Influence and shape product strategies, positioning, and narratives using data and insights for target audiences.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies including goals, metrics for success, asset development, and integrated launch planning with cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with brand and integrated marketing on outbound marketing and advertising strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and long-term engagement.
  • Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-time experience in Marketing.
  • Direct experience in Product Marketing, partnering closely with Product teams.
  • Experience with consumer GTM strategies based on consumer-driven insights.
  • Experience with consumer-facing product launches and consumer campaigns.
  • Experience working with product, marketing, policy, and communications teams at all levels of management, both internally and externally.
  • Experience driving presentations with executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing and driving analytically rigorous online and offline marketing campaigns with various internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Project management experience.
