About the position

The Consumer Product Strategy Analyst III - Change Management at Bank of America is responsible for performing complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and enhance customer experience. This role involves utilizing various analytical tools to support strategies, assess fraud risks, and propose policy changes. The position is part of the Change Management team, focusing on driving effective communication and governance within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and enhance customer experience.
  • Utilize systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, and Tableau for analytical support on strategies.
  • Evaluate data to assess potential fraud risk and create mitigation strategies.
  • Manage tracking for UCRA, SBO, and project ingestion coordination.
  • Track regulatory, policy, and product strategy impacts on financial rates for losses and capacity needs.
  • Develop and maintain SOP library and provide functional training.
  • Coordinate initiative sizing with Capacity, Workforce, Loss Forecasting, and Reporting teams.
  • Socialize FTE needs with Lines of Business and partners.
  • Recommend ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes using data analysis outputs.
  • Lead the production of product performance reports for senior management.

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in Fraud/Claims, Support, or Leadership role
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to connect data and topics effectively
  • Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills
  • Effective interaction with all levels of leadership
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Fraud Detection or Claims Experience
  • Capacity Planning Experience
  • Proficiency in Data Mining and Data Analysis concepts
  • Experience with SQL, SAS, Tableau, or MicroStrategy
