This job is responsible for leading a group of team leaders and employees who develop strategies and drive analytics to understand portfolio risk, increase profitability, and optimize operational performance. Key responsibilities include setting strategic priorities for the team, identifying trends, and leading efforts to maximize risk versus return for the business unit. Job expectations include using data and analytics to solve complex problems, coaching employees, and partnering across technology, product, and risk leadership to drive performance. In this role, you will capitalize on your strategic thinking, digital process design experience, and fraud risk expertise to assess risk and design controls for new account opening processes across channels and products. This will require you to be both a creative and strategic problem solver as well as an effective influencer at senior levels of the company. This is a key strategic role and will be at the heart of the company's fraud and digital transformation.
