About the position

The CRB Physical Channels Strategy Product Manager Sr. is responsible for creating and executing innovative retail banking concepts. This role focuses on developing and implementing new processes and tools within the physical channel strategy organization, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute new concepts, manage training programs, and define success metrics for the new physical channel playbook.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new physical channel concepts.
  • Help craft and implement strategy and design of people/process implementation in new physical retail space.
  • Create and maintain training and programs to support new creative processes in the physical space.
  • Define and measure success factors of the new physical channel playbook.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Physical Channel strategy team members to drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Develop and communicate executive-level status on strategy and vision for new people/process initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of product and concept development experience in a Financial or Retail industry.
  • Experience in process management, collaboration, and execution.

Nice-to-haves

  • Service design experience
  • Experience in a similar execution role within a financial institution or retail industry.
  • Strong history of successful process improvements and program creation.
  • Strong people skills and a cheerful outlook.
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas to business and technical stakeholders.
  • Data-driven with the ability to derive insights from analytics.
