About the position

As a Consumer Solutions Representative for Mavis, you will be empowered to employ problem-solving skills that will lead to conflict resolution, customer retention, and create promoters of the Mavis business. You will endeavor to satisfy customers by implementing empathy and understanding of their needs, ensuring that concerns are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to attend one week of on-site training in White Plains, NY.
  • Demonstrate superior interpersonal skills and patience.
  • Possess PC literacy and ability to learn software programs.
  • 1-2 years of employment-related experience in customer service.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
