About the position

As a key member of our call center, you will be responsible for scheduling consultation appointments with prospective clients, ensuring a seamless experience for those seeking our services. In this role, you will not only handle incoming calls from prospective and existing clients but also make outbound calls to individuals who have expressed interest in our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and professionally will be crucial as you respond to inquiries via phone, text, and email. You will work independently while also collaborating with a team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service and appointment setting, with a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced environment. Importantly, this position does not involve cold calling, allowing you to focus on engaging with clients who are already interested in our offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling consultation appointments with prospective clients and earning commission on successful appointments.
  • Answering calls from prospective and existing clients.
  • Making outbound calls to individuals reaching out for information about our products and services.
  • Responding professionally to texts and emails from individuals responding to our marketing efforts.
  • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service throughout all interactions.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong need for accuracy.
  • Experience in a professional working environment.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and see them through to completion.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well as part of a professional office team.
