About the position

The Contact Center Product and Servicing Specialist at Regions is responsible for enhancing customer relationships through needs-based conversations about various financial products and services. This role involves fielding inbound calls, resolving customer issues, and providing guidance on loan and deposit products, all while working under defined procedures and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Achieves Contact Center targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate advice, guidance, and education on Regions' financial products and services.
• Fields inbound phone calls from Regions' customers with a high potential to pursue further transactions.
• Takes ownership of customer issues and works proactively with the customer for resolution.
• Refers customers to an internal team of experts when complex financial goals and needs are recognized.
• Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Download speed of at least 50 megabits per second (Mbps) for remote work
• Upload speed of at least 5 megabits per second (Mbps) for remote work
• Must test on speedtest.net to confirm download speed or provide documentation from provider
• Ethernet cable must be directly connected from the Internet Router to the Meraki device (provided by Regions).
