About the position

The Contact Center Lending Representative is responsible for assisting members and potential members with their lending requests through various interactive channels. This role emphasizes maintaining a one-contact resolution environment while explaining and cross-selling products and services. The representative will work closely with internal departments to ensure member satisfaction and uphold the credit union's core values of integrity, optimal service, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Assist members and potential members with lending requests through all interactive channels.
• Explain and cross-sell products and services to members.
• Maintain a one-contact resolution environment for member inquiries.
• Assist in the processing of consumer loans, collaborating with internal departments to ensure member satisfaction.
• Uphold Northeast's Core Values in all interactions with members and team members.

Requirements

• At least three years of similar or related experience in consumer lending and sales.
• Good organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task.
• Ability to recognize and resolve member issues promptly, using courtesy and tact.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a contact center environment.
• Familiarity with credit union products and services.
