Responsibilities
- Resolve inbound member calls regarding loans, payments, transfers, investment certificates, and new accounts.

- Assist members over the phone with their account needs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Pair corresponding credit union products and services with members' financial needs.
- Provide consistent follow-up with members to ensure satisfaction.
- Comply with all regulations as required by law.
- Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior retail or consumer lending experience is preferred.
