About the position
The Contact Center Support Specialist at CommonSail Investment Group is a sales-focused role responsible for managing leads and inquiries, setting up tours for senior living communities, and achieving revenue targets through effective communication and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, compassion for customers, and a proactive approach to sales in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls to develop sales leads and schedule tours at the community.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Comply with Fair Housing and Federal Trade Commission requirements.
- Seek new opportunities to expand referral sources.
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers to schedule visits and tours.
- Serve as an educational resource for prospective residents.
- Promote the organization positively and uphold standards of excellence.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration throughout the company.
- Prepare and manage reports to ensure required metrics are met.
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Strong leadership skills to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and contact management software.
- Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude and ability to determine solutions for clients.
Nice-to-haves
- Sales experience in a Senior Living Community.
- Experience working with a CRM (i.e., Salesforce).
