About the position
The Contact Center Support Specialist is a sales-focused role responsible for managing leads and inquiries, setting up tours for senior living communities, and achieving revenue targets through a strategic sales process. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls to develop sales leads and schedule tours at the community.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads for the communities.
- Comply with Fair Housing and Federal Trade Commission requirements.
- Seek new opportunities to expand referral sources.
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers to schedule visits and tours.
- Serve as an educational resource for prospective residents.
- Promote the organization positively and exemplify standards for excellence.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration throughout the company.
- Prepare and manage reports to ensure required metrics are met.
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, or non-traditional hours as needed.
Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Aggressive sales instinct with the ability to close while maintaining compassion for customers.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Exhibit a high degree of initiative, creativity, good judgment, and professional ethics.
- Strong leadership skills to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and contact management software.
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and determining solutions for clients.
Nice-to-haves
- Sales experience in a Senior Living Community.
- Experience working with a CRM (i.e. Salesforce, etc.).
