About the position

The Content and Adoption Program Manager for Field Talent Acquisition at Northwestern Mutual is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing field sales enablement strategies and integrated content. This role ensures effective messaging aligned with the Northwestern Mutual brand, supporting new product launches, field engagement, and promotional events. The manager will collaborate with stakeholders to create impactful programs and leverage various channels for delivery and engagement, ultimately driving measurable behavior change within the sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement field-facing content and adoption messages/materials.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver high impact programs and ensure alignment with the Northwestern Mutual brand.
  • Evaluate and manage methods for delivering consistent messaging and effective communications.
  • Support the design and implementation of large, integrated projects across products and planning.
  • Design key adoption messages and positioning strategies that resonate with field audiences.
  • Manage the budget for assigned projects and areas of accountability.

Requirements

  • B.S. /B.A. degree in business, sales or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in designing and delivering content and adoption strategies.
  • Proven success in creating project strategies and delivering tools to target audiences.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Effective relationship-building with key stakeholders.
