About the position

Avantiico is seeking a creative Content and SEO Specialist to join our Marketing Team. This role focuses on creating, managing, and optimizing content that highlights the benefits of Microsoft Technologies and Avantiico ISV solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content strategy, excellent writing and editing skills, and the ability to produce engaging content that generates organic leads and enhances brand authority in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality, engaging content such as blog posts, case studies, landing pages, and video scripts focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, and Avantiico ISV solutions.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) with regular quarterly SEO audits and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights, identify content opportunities, and ensure accuracy in content creation, particularly for complex technical solutions.
  • Track, analyze, and report on content performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Assist the marketing and sales teams in developing content for marketing campaigns, webinars, and product launches.
  • Manage and create content across various social media platforms to engage audiences and promote solutions.
  • Balance multiple assignments and schedule workload to meet established deadlines.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in Microsoft and the broader tech landscape.

Requirements

  • 4 years of relevant experience, preferably within the technology industry or for B2B or SaaS.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, or willingness to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand, engaging content.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization strategies.
  • Experience with Semrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
  • Experience with content management systems or marketing automation tools, ideally WordPress and HubSpot.
  • Proven track record of delivering original content creation and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, self-starter, and proactive.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.
