About the position

Xometry is seeking a Content and Social Writer to enhance its marketing efforts by creating engaging content across various platforms. This role focuses on drafting marketing communications, managing social media content, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality output that aligns with the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Draft weekly external marketing communications including emails, case studies, blog posts, video scripts, infographic copy, ebooks, quizzes, and direct mail.
• Create sales enablement copy to promote Xometry's campaigns, product launches, and events.
• Manage content for Xometry's social channels, collaborating with the brand marketing team to create and schedule posts.
• Provide editorial and design direction for content projects, managing collaborations with designers, video producers, engineers, and product managers.
• QA all marketing content for adherence to plain language principles and style guide.
• Communicate marketing projects and strategies to the rest of the company via internal channels.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in writing emails, sales enablement, social media content, case studies, and other marketing materials.
• Excellent relationship building skills and ability to communicate effectively with the marketing team and broader company.
• Experience in a high-growth company is preferred but not required.
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to take initiative.
• Superior project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working at or with a high-growth company is preferred.
• BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
