About the position

The Content and Speaker Program Manager for the Executive Briefing Program at Amazon Web Services (AWS) is responsible for driving the content and speaker strategy that enhances customer engagement with AWS leaders and subject matter experts. This role focuses on optimizing internal stakeholder engagement, analyzing program data for continuous improvement, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality content and impactful presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate program performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of content, including attendee satisfaction and business impact.
  • Analyze feedback and data to identify areas of improvement and optimize content and speaker strategy accordingly.
  • Identify and onboard Subject Matter Experts and support enablement initiatives that help them deliver well-structured, informative, and impactful presentations.
  • Create and maintain updated program documentation SOPs.
  • Partner with stakeholders from across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to identify and onboard new content/content owners.
  • Track performance metrics of content and speakers supporting the EBC program and provide regular reporting on performance to content owners.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Foundational understanding of AWS's products and services.
  • Experience managing content for an Executive Customer Program.
  • Ability to influence without authority.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs.
