As the Content Business Systems Analyst / Project Manager for AP Classroom at College Board, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and analyzing the content management needs for all new and existing courses and their content-driven features. The AP (Advanced Placement) Program provides students the opportunity to engage in college-level work while still in high school, and AP Classroom serves as a vital support platform for both teachers and students. Since its launch in 2019, AP Classroom has become the most popular Learning Management System (LMS) in U.S. high schools, serving over 185,000 teachers and 3.4 million students across more than 17,000 schools. The platform facilitates approximately 700,000 visits daily during the academic year, offering a growing number of courses and a vast question bank, which has generated significant insights into student learning behaviors. In this role, you will be responsible for driving project management efforts, supporting scope analysis for new course launches, course revisions, and annual content updates. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners and internal stakeholders to plan and prioritize the course roadmap, manage scrum ceremonies for content updates, and create project dashboards to communicate status and progress to stakeholders. Additionally, you will support troubleshooting efforts related to content and metadata ingestion, analyze data for existing and new courses, and contribute to process improvements in content management. Your analytical skills will be essential as you write clear business requirements and support user acceptance testing. You will also research enhancements for content management and support the integration of new resource types. This position requires a self-starter who can thrive in a collaborative environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that the instructional and assessment content within AP Classroom remains reliable and valuable to teachers and students alike.
