As the Content Business Systems Analyst / Project Manager for AP Classroom at College Board, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and analyzing the content management needs for all new and existing courses and their content-driven features. The AP Classroom platform is highly valued by teachers and students, providing essential instructional and assessment content. Your role will involve collaborating with product owners, digital content production leads, and instructional and assessment content teams to coordinate Agile product development and release planning throughout the product lifecycle, from inception through launch and ongoing production support. You will be expected to manage project scope analysis, schedules, and dependencies across teams, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. In this position, you will drive project management efforts, supporting scope analysis for new course launches, course revisions, and annual course content updates. You will collaborate with Product Owners and internal stakeholders on course roadmap planning and prioritization, manage content-team scrum ceremonies, and create project dashboards and visualizations to convey project status, progress, and issues to internal content stakeholders. Additionally, you will support troubleshooting content and metadata ingestion issues, gather and analyze data for existing and new courses, and contribute to content management process improvements. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you write clear business requirements, support user acceptance testing, and research content management enhancements. This role requires a self-starter who can swiftly put plans into action and thrive without needing detailed scripts. You will actively support the platform's content data analysis and configuration efforts, ensuring that the content management processes are efficient and effective, ultimately contributing to the success of the AP Classroom platform and its users.
