As the Content Business Systems Analyst / Project Manager for AP Classroom at College Board, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and analyzing the content management needs for all new and existing courses and their content-driven features. The AP (Advanced Placement) Program provides high school students the opportunity to engage in college-level coursework, and AP Classroom serves as a vital support platform for both teachers and students. This role is essential in ensuring that the instructional and assessment content within AP Classroom is highly valued and trusted by educators and learners alike. You will be responsible for coordinating Agile product development and release planning throughout the product lifecycle, from inception through launch and ongoing production support. Your ability to swiftly put plans into action and thrive without needing detailed scripts will be crucial in this role. In your capacity as a project manager, you will drive project management efforts and support scope analysis for new course launches, course revisions, and annual course content updates. Collaborating closely with Product Owners and internal stakeholders, you will assist in course roadmap planning and prioritization. You will manage content-team scrum ceremonies to facilitate updates to assessment and instructional course content, and create project dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate status, progress, and issues to internal content stakeholders, highlighting critical paths and project plan dependencies. In addition to project management, you will support troubleshooting content and metadata ingestion issues, gather and analyze data for existing and new courses on AP Classroom, and create user-friendly reports to support metadata configuration and publishing needs. Your contributions will also extend to identifying process improvements in content management, ensuring efficient management from creation through to availability for end users in AP Classroom. As a business analyst, you will write clear and well-structured business requirements, support user acceptance testing, and research enhancements for content management and new resource types.
