About the position

The Content Coordinator at B&H Photo is responsible for managing and coordinating materials for the Web Creative Content department. This role involves obtaining and distributing content, collaborating with writing, design, and publishing teams to ensure projects are on track, and monitoring project statuses to guarantee timely delivery of content. The position also includes tracking various project types such as articles, podcasts, and videos, as well as collecting metrics when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and track projects using workflow software.
  • Update and monitor deadlines.
  • Coordinate with appropriate teams for project assignments.
  • Collect and analyze data for the website (e.g. Google Analytics).

Requirements

  • An understanding of workflow systems (e.g. JIRA).
  • Experience with blogging tools (e.g. Drupal, Wordpress).
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Microsoft Excel skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • BA in Communications, Business Management or commensurate experience.
