About the position

The Content Coordinator at The Clear Skin Lab is responsible for managing and optimizing content across various digital platforms to support the mission of promoting clear, healthy skin. This part-time role involves content creation, trend research, performance tracking, and collaboration with a team of clinicians and sales staff. The position offers flexibility in hours and the potential for growth as the brand scales.

Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with Instagram trends and integrate them into the content strategy.
• Write captivating, on-brand copy for Instagram posts, stories, carousels, hooks, and captions.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar with ideas and copy for consistent posting.
• Analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, and growth, providing monthly reports with recommendations.
• Manage the editorial calendar for the company blog and ensure timely publication of posts.
• Collaborate with clinicians, sales, and admin teams to ensure content relevance and effective posting.
• Ensure website information is current and effectively promotes programs and services.
• Create an outreach list for podcasts for Robyn to interview on, aiming for 2 podcasts/month.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in content management or content creation.
• Familiarity and passion for health & wellness, particularly skin health topics.
• Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms, especially Instagram.
• Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Filming, script writing, and editing experience preferred.
• Experience working with influencers on content creation is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools across various content platforms.
