About the position

The Content, Copywriter and Project Specialist (CCPS) is a vital member of the Healthcare+ growth enablement team at Aramark, primarily supporting the healthcare sales team in account retention and new business sales. This remote role involves creating and editing proposals, presentations, and other content to effectively communicate Aramark's value proposition to clients. The CCPS collaborates with various internal stakeholders and plays a key role in ensuring that all written communications are persuasive and tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of Growth Enablement and project manager to craft creative proposals with effective messaging.
• Review RFP sections and assist in creating, editing, and proofreading content for consistency and clarity.
• Lead the creation and updating of the Healthcare+ proposal template, ensuring inclusion of best practices and refreshed content.
• Conduct research and interviews to incorporate relevant information into proposals.
• Deliver business-to-business copywriting for sales materials, including proposal templates and presentations.
• Build relationships with operational and support partners, including Marketing and Finance.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of copywriting experience and strategic content development.
• Ability to write clearly, creatively, and persuasively.
• Experience in research and writing, both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Leadership skills and strategic acumen to develop unique solutions for clients.
• Customer orientation and client relationship management skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
