About the position

Dive into Creativity! Are you a wordsmith with a passion for wellness? Bathing Brands is seeking a talented and creative Content/Copywriter to craft captivating stories for multiple in-house brands. As a Content/Copywriter, you'll be the voice of our brand, inspiring connections and engagement among both the business and consumer audiences. You'll have the opportunity to create compelling copy for a variety of platforms, from our websites and social media to email campaigns and print materials. Your strategic thinking, your ideas, and words will have the power to evoke emotions, drive sales, and build a loyal customer base. Please note this is not a remote position and must be performed on-site for hands-on interaction with our products and to learn about the Sauna and Steam Room industry. However, some hybrid/remote work may be possible in the future after the first three months and after fully learning about our products and services. In this role, you will craft compelling narratives, develop engaging copy that tells the story of our products and resonates with our target audience. You will drive conversions by writing persuasive product descriptions that highlight key benefits and entice customers to make a purchase. Additionally, you will build brand awareness by creating captivating blog posts, articles, and social media content that positions Bathing Brands as a leader in the sauna, steam, and cold plunge industries. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to create cohesive and impactful campaigns. Staying ahead of trends is essential, so you will conduct market research to identify emerging trends and consumer preferences.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in either an agency or corporate environment.
  • A passion for writing and a knack for storytelling.
  • Experience developing engaging campaigns that have staying power in the marketplace.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team of designers and videographers.
  • Experience in crafting persuasive copy for various platforms including video, digital, email, social media, and printed brochures.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • A personal interest in the growing movement toward health and wellness.
  • Experience working with project management software programs (Asana) is preferred.
