About the position

The Content Creation & Operations Assistant at Gungho Golf is a full-time role focused on supporting both creative and operational tasks within the company. This position is essential for executing digital content across various platforms while ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating engaging digital content (graphics, images, layouts) for the website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Update and maintain the company's Shopify store, including product listings, page designs, and overall site optimization.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including designing templates, segmenting lists, and tracking performance metrics.
• Help with basic website design and updates, ensuring content is fresh, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards.
• Provide general office support, including assisting with inventory management, fulfilling orders, responding to customer inquiries, and organizing team communications.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on content and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Shopify website design.
• Experience with Klaviyo for email marketing.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a creative eye for design and content presentation.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva for design tasks.
