About the position

La Barge Landscape Inc. is on the lookout for a talented Content Creator and Social Media Manager who can bring creativity and a sense of humor to our small, family-owned landscape construction business. This role is pivotal in capturing engaging content that showcases our projects and team in a professional yet fun manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation and social media strategy, with the ability to manage and grow our brand across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter/X. We are looking for someone who can turn everyday moments into memorable, shareable posts while maintaining our brand integrity. In this part-time position, you will be expected to work approximately 10 to 15 hours per week, with a hybrid work model based in Albuquerque, NM. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and generate leads. You will also need to collaborate with our team to ensure that the content aligns with our brand message and resonates with our audience. Excellent communication and writing skills are essential, as is a familiarity with social media analytics and monitoring tools to track the performance of your content. Responsibilities
