About the position

The Content Creator and Social Media Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness and consumer engagement through creative content and social media strategies. This position requires a dynamic individual who can generate innovative ideas and effectively communicate them across various platforms, while also analyzing consumer behavior to drive marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Create brand awareness through websites, social media, and internal marketing.
• Develop a deep understanding of the demographics, psychographics, and behavioral drivers of the brand's consumer through data.
• Create company newsletters, eblasts, and ads.
• Manage social media postings and design for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Research and implement SEO & SEM strategies.
• Analyze and track website traffic, setting goals to increase it.
• Capture and edit creative photos and videos of products and business operations.
• Present inspired concepts to the sales and management teams and collaborate ideas effectively.
• Work with the marketing and sales team to identify and leverage consumer insights and trends for sales growth.

Requirements

• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with SEO practices.
• Photography and videography skills are a plus.
• Proficient in using WordPress and other graphic arts programs.
• Strong vocabulary and spelling skills for compelling product descriptions.
