About the position

Smart Path LLC is seeking a talented Video Content Creator / Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic team. As an industry-leading training institute based in Tracy, California, we have been providing transportation software and training services since 2017. Our services cater to a diverse clientele worldwide, and we pride ourselves on our ability to support multiple languages, including English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Spanish. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production, along with a keen eye for visual storytelling. A passion for the education industry is essential, as the candidate will help produce engaging video content that showcases our products and brand. This position offers flexibility, allowing candidates to join as part-time or full-time employees, with hours that can be adjusted to fit individual schedules. Fresh candidates are also welcome to apply for unpaid internships. The role involves creating and developing engaging video content for various platforms, conceptualizing and producing high-quality videos, and collaborating with the marketing team to align video content strategies with our brand goals and target audience. The candidate will handle all aspects of video production, including planning, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production, while also creating motion graphics and animations to enhance the content. In addition to video production, the candidate will serve as a face and voice for Smart Path's social media channels, attending community events and meetups to represent the company. The role requires monitoring video performance metrics and staying updated with social media trends to ensure content remains current and engaging. Responsibilities

  • Create and develop engaging video content for various platforms.
  • Conceptualize and produce high-quality video content, including product showcases, promotional videos, customer testimonials, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content strategies that align with brand goals and target audience.
  • Handle all aspects of video production, including planning, scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
  • Create motion graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video content.
  • Manage and organize video assets, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval.
  • Ensure all video content meets Smart Path's brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Serve as a face and voice for Smart Path's social media channels.
  • Attend community events and meetups to represent Smart Path.
  • Help test and provide feedback on prototypes for the company.
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary resources and information for video projects.
  • Optimize video content for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and sales channels.
  • Monitor video performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Understand and keep up with social media trends to ensure content is current and engaging.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Video Content Creator or similar role.
  • Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
  • Excellent visual storytelling skills and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for video content.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable being on camera and engaging with the audience.
  • Valid driver's license and video editing hardware setup.
