The Bismarck Larks are offering an internship for college students interested in sports and event media, focusing on content creation and camera operation. This immersive internship provides hands-on experience in live broadcasting and content creation for the Larks' games and events, preparing students for careers in the sports and entertainment industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Larks Video Production team with broadcasting every Larks game live.
- Operate a camera during the broadcast from various locations including the press box and behind the bases.
- Create visual content for the video board, social media, and Funatix Events.
- Assist with video board equipment and manage all photos.
- Maintain proper care of broadcast equipment.
- Represent the team at various events and promote a positive fan experience.
Requirements
- Current college student studying a relevant field such as Sport Management, Broadcasting, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications.
- Previous internship or job in live sports production preferred.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Experience posting to social media platforms.

- Ability to work extended hours and lift 30-50 lbs.
