About the position

The Content Creator will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content across multiple digital platforms, including social media, blogs, podcasts, webinars, and more. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and a passion for crafting content that resonates with a diverse audience. The Content Creator will work on a contract basis, spending a few days each week in the office to collaborate with the marketing team and ensure alignment with the practice's branding and goals. Key responsibilities include developing and designing content for various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. The Content Creator will create engaging posts, videos, and stories that align with the practice's brand and messaging, optimizing content for each platform while considering audience engagement and visual appeal. Additionally, the role involves producing, editing, and optimizing videos for YouTube and other platforms, ensuring all video content is high quality and informative. The Content Creator will also be responsible for writing and publishing blogs on the practice's website, focusing on topics relevant to the target audience, and collaborating with the marketing team to identify key topics and keywords for SEO optimization. Other responsibilities include assisting in the planning, production, and promotion of podcasts and webinars, developing content for events, and integrating content into the sales funnel to drive user engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and design content for three Instagram pages, a Facebook page, a TikTok page, and a YouTube channel.
  • Create engaging posts, videos, and stories that align with the practice's brand and messaging.
  • Optimize content for each platform, considering audience engagement, platform algorithms, and visual appeal.
  • Produce, edit, and optimize videos for YouTube, including YouTube Shorts, Facebook Stories, and TikTok.
  • Write and publish blogs on the practice's website, focusing on topics relevant to the target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify key topics and keywords for SEO optimization.
  • Assist in the planning, production, and promotion of podcasts and webinars.
  • Create promotional materials and posts to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Develop content for events, including invitations, promotional posts, and follow-up materials.
  • Design and write copy for landing pages that are optimized for conversions and lead generation.
  • Work with the marketing team to create content that drives users through the sales funnel, from awareness to decision-making.
  • Monitor the performance of content in the sales funnel and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Experience with video editing, graphic design, and blog writing.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools like Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
