About the position

The Content Creator/Copywriter will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop creative content that enhances the brand experience across multiple platforms. This role focuses on translating marketing strategies into effective content, optimizing for SEO, and ensuring consistency in style and tone across various channels. The position requires staying updated with social media trends and analyzing performance metrics to guide content strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with internal cross functional stakeholders to develop compelling creative that supports the unique and differentiated brand experience for multiple brands and categories.
  • Understand how strategy translates into concept and execution that is on target for our business teams and helps drive key initiatives and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate and provide guidance to marketing, creative, and content teams to generate content with SEO and search marketing best practices in mind.
  • Optimize content for SEO, based on keyword priorities and perform ongoing keyword discovery to identify content gaps and opportunities and drive content planning/creation.
  • Review or create SEO titles and descriptions that are appealing to the consumer and are structured to boost site rankings.
  • Proof artwork including instruction manuals, packaging, product detail page templates, assembly videos and other artwork routing cross functionally.
  • Ensure content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for each channel including online, social media, email, mobile, video and print (packaging, manuals, advertising); Maximizes search impact of all content.
  • Write product and category content and long and short form articles and other content.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company's social media presence remains innovative and effective.
  • Assist with reporting and analyzing monthly performance against KPIs such as impressions, engagement rate, and audience growth to guide and optimize overall social strategy.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.

  • Proven writing and editorial skills, evidenced by a portfolio of work
  • Leads by example with equal emphasis on quality of work, creativity, and respect of others
