About the position
The Content Creator II position at ManTech involves managing and executing a wide range of systems engineering tasks, particularly in the development of training content for the Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC). The role requires collaboration with various teams to create instructional materials using emerging technologies, while adhering to security clearance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support senior Content Creators, System and Software Engineers, and SMEs in developing training content.
- Contribute to the creation of instructional materials including documents, audio recordings, videos, and interactive training systems.
- Assist in gathering instructional requirements and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with Graphic Designers and A/V Specialists to produce media that aligns with instructional goals.
- Support synchronous, asynchronous, and self-service teaching and learning experiences.
- Follow guidance and direction from more senior personnel.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience in content creation or instructional design.
- Experience developing instructional materials for DoD or IC.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain and/or maintain a polygraph.
