About the position
The Content Creator II position at ManTech involves managing and executing a variety of systems engineering tasks related to the development of instructional materials. This role supports the creation of training content for the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC), utilizing various media formats and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Supporting more senior Content Creators, System and Software Engineers, and SMEs in the development of training content.
- Contributing to the creation of various forms of instructional materials, including documents, audio recordings, videos, interactive training systems, learning management system modules, AR/VR environments, and other emerging technologies.
- Assisting in gathering instructional requirements, collecting data, and implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborating with Graphic Designers and A/V Specialists to produce media that aligns with instructional goals and objectives.
- Supporting synchronous, asynchronous, and self-service teaching and learning experiences.
- Following the guidance and direction of more senior personnel in their role.
Requirements
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience developing instructional materials for DoD or IC.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain and/or maintain a polygraph.
