About the position
The Content Creator for Internal Client Communications at Targetbase is responsible for developing and executing internal communications content that supports client training and corporate communications needs. This role focuses on creating engaging content that enhances internal awareness and promotes the reputation of the client's program/product, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of the internal communications strategy for the client's program/product, including key messaging, communication channels, and tactics.
- Support the creation and delivery of high-quality internal client communications content, such as email updates, newsletters, intranet content, training documents, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the internal client communications team and client stakeholders to ensure all internal client communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company's goals and values.
- Ensure brand consistency by adhering to the client's/company's brand, style, format, and standards in all materials produced.
- Assist in maintaining the client's program/product content calendar to ensure internal communication needs are met.
Requirements
- BA/BS preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Basic project management skills.
- Experience with content creation is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of best practices for internal communications is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
