About the position

We are seeking a creative and fashion-savvy individual to join our team as a part-time Content Creator. This role focuses on visual and editorial content creation for our online store specializing in women's hosiery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, enjoy creating engaging content, and possess a strong desire to grow within the e-commerce space. This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our company's success while working in a flexible and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Use SEO best practices to drive traffic to digital channels.
• Proactively assess content needs across digital channels and create targeted content for each stage of the customer journey.
• Research, write, edit, and update compelling content for emails, website, blog, social media, and promotional materials.
• Create, edit, and develop high-quality reels, video, and photo content for social media that engages the audience through compelling storytelling, hooks, and effective CTAs.
• Manage social accounts, engaging with users and responding to comments and questions.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand reach.
• Evaluate, report, and optimize campaign effectiveness to improve performance.
• Monitor the company's customer service inbox, responding to consumer requests and inquiries.
• Support company operations with various office tasks as needed.
• Assist in warehouse management and order fulfillment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in creative writing or content creation.
• Excellent copywriting, social media, and photo/video production skills.
• Solid knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and superb project management and organizational skills.
• Self-starter who is able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient with photo and video editing apps.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and other e-commerce tools.
