Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing and engaging content, including photos, videos, stories, and graphics that reflect the brand's identity and values.
• Plan and produce regular content that highlights our coffee, ambiance, events, specials, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Showcase our unique coffee blends, barista skills, and customer experiences.
• Manage and curate content for our social media accounts, including Instagram and TikTok.
• Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent posting aligned with business goals.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community interactions.
• Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and local community members to promote the brand.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow our online presence and drive traffic to the coffee house.
• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to stay relevant and competitive.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement, reach, and conversion.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, photography, videography, and social media management.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and their best practices.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Passion for coffee culture and the ability to translate that into captivating content.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a freelance capacity.
